Congratulations to Roy Follows on his PPN!
I have just heard that Roy Follows has been awarded the Pingat Pangkuan Negara (PPN) in recognition of his meritorious service and valuable contribution in further strengthening the existing good relations between Malaysia and the UK:
Congratulations, Roy. I can't think of a more deserving recipient.
Barry

Read about Roy Follows' Malay Police Service
If you would like to read just a little about Roy's service to Malaysia, read the Fort Brooke Memories pages. They contain lots of images from The Emergency - and its a very evocative story.
So ... put the kettle on, or pour yourself a favourite drink, settle in and get ready to smell the jungle ... and the fear. Go to:

We have placed an announcement about Roy's PPN on page three:

Permit me to add my congratulations to Barry's, Roy...It's always re-affirming to see a genuinely deserving recipient appropriately recognised.
