Richard Coney,

Richard I have sent you numerous emails and you have not answered the question, WHY?
As you read this web site I will ask you publicly.
Some time ago you said to me on the phone that in your opinion we should be allowed to wear the PJM but you have to follow official policy, now my question is
Who makes the official policy?
Now I have met two of your Ministers and both of them support the wearing of the PJM so it’s not the Ministers who make the official policy SO WHO IS IT?

Richard you know my email address so please email me with the answer.

Paul, he will not answer because the truth is not acceptable to him, official policy is there is no official policy it is all rumour and inuendo. Coney is a product of the system which is as far as I am concerned thoroughly corrupt and incompetent.

Correct John....'Official policy' is the euphemistic catchphrase trotted out to explain the unacceptable fact that some of these petty bureaucrats simply 'invent' policy 'on the fly' to cover their own inefficiencies or to support decisions proactively made prior to any consideration of factual evidence...How many times were we, collectively, told that the LG Notice did not apply to the PJM case?...

And how many times were MP's and Ministers fraudulently briefed by bureaucrats to reinforce and perpetuate this blatant lie?

Well the genie is now well and truly 'out of the bottle' and Ministers are starting to appreciate the fact that they have been manipulated....not surprisingly, some of them are mightily unhappy about this....That repercussions are forthcoming there is no doubt...Look for 'early retirements' to be announced...

Post Honours Galore.
No doubt Phoney and Brengun will be suitably rewarded with 'honours' when they retire. They have plundered the public purse for years whilst working against our democracy, and will continue to plunder it with their gold plated pension whilst being suitably employed in some Imperialist function to maintain the status quo to the detriment of honest, hard working citizens of this country.
Just look at the Queen's retired Private Secretary who has nine (or is it ten) honours - a Member of the Privy Council; a Sir three times over; a Lord and now a Baron. Just how much of a little monthly earner at public expense is this. Good work for one who has sidelined the 200 years old Royal Sign Manual system and effectively over-ruled the serving Monarch.
