Dear FCO Ministers
The Secretary of State for FCO affairs is Margaret
Beckett MP, is responsible for the work of the FCO.
She is assisted by you ministers:
- Geoff Hoon MP
Hoong@parliament.uk
- Ian McCartney MP
McCartneyi@parliament.uk
- Dr Kim Howells MP
Howellsk@parliament.uk
Katy Clark MP asked the Foreign Secretary over three
months ago ‘ when the HD Committee will report on the
right to wear the PJM medal review’ and The
Secretary of State for FCO affairs Margaret Beckett
MP, replied “by the end of November” 2006.
The FCO website states: The purpose of the FCO is to
work for UK interests in a safe, just and prosperous
world. We do this with some 16,000 staff, based in the
UK and our overseas network of over 200 diplomatic
offices.
Why then are veteran UK citizens still waiting for an
answer to this report two and a half months later?
Finally, Enclosed is the following Top Ten Key
references in the PJM medal case for the FCO Ministers
Hoon, McCartney & Howells perusal.
