 The qualifying/eligibility date is now December 31st 1994. See attached:
Probably, in a few weeks it will be 2002/3. I think they are trying to flood the market with their BADGE
in order to detract from our medal; with the reference to a DEFENCE MEDAL in parliament instead of the PJM people may begin to wonder what all the fuss is about! I agree with you Stan - it is up to us to put them right! Perhaps those who are registered users and who support us may care to support this petition on
