Read again the first sentence in that docuemtn from the Honours Secretariat.

"The Foreign Orders Regulations are not designed to protect the value of British honours" ... now we have been told exactly the opposite. We have been told that the PJM cannot be worn precisely because it devalues the value of British honours by adding medals to British medal bars.

When will they ever tell the truth instead of manipulating it for each case in order to defend the indefensible.

We are dealing with people who have no sense of honour at all...I for one cannot imagine how our Queen would react if she were to be somehow (through that impenetrable wall of arrogant privilege) made aware of how her name was being applied to such infamy...
