I am not too sure about this but here goes after about fifty attempts. The hero who was given this medal well deserved it but what has happened to the 'rules' on foreign awards?

Rolling Eyes I hope the person that has just been awarded a medal after 64 years is allowed to wear his/ NOT like the bickering we are having with HMG to be able to wear the PJM
