Don't bet on the 90 year rule, we have one of our members today that has been quoted a rule from the 1850s on the 5 year rule but it is 'not enshrined in law' I understand that HMG are looking at The Magna Carta again but that the Domesday Book may come under scrutiny as well where we might have to pay 33000 boxes of mackerel to HMQ for overturning the rule!
