Paddy Ashdown was one of the first people that I contacted last year. I got a reply from his PA saying that he was out of the country at that time but would be given my letter on his return. He has been very illiberal with his response. In fact his silence is deafening. He must be fully aware by now of what is going on, so we can only assume that elevation to the peerage has put him above such lowly things as considerations for justice.
