I have taken this statement from the NMBVA web site

The Sunday Mirror 29/7/07 has reported that nearly 160 veterans received their PJM yesterday at Berwick-upon-Tweed. They have inaccurately reported the dates as 1948 -1960. The dates should read 31st August 1957 to 12th August 1966. There has been no change in the qualifying dates.
