The process allows the government to alter laws without a full act of Parliament.
So what is new. They have been making laws and rules outwith parliament and against British citizens for years and to justify them they say 'it will not be policed'. Also they allow an unelected HD Committee (quango) to change, amend, alter and ignore the rules that Ministers of the Crown submit so that they, the unelected committee, can tell British citizens that they cannot wear the PJM.
I was always under the impression that in a democracy we citizens could only be ruled by the law passed through our parliament and approved by the Queen, but not so anymore. Also Her Majesty at Her coronation swore to rule with 'Justice and Mercy' but this seems to have been placed on the back burner recently.
It is time this dictatorship was changed and another bunch of self-serving, pay and expenses increasing group of numpties took over. Well, it would be a change!
