Its defo not the PJM.
Just enlarged it with Photoshop and there is to much red and NO yellow down the edges.

I wondered if anyone would ask that question, I thought that myself when I saw it, but then decided - Too much red, no yellow. I have been looking to see what else it might be, but as yet have not found anything.

There are also many comments added, and this one rather made my blood boil:

Given we have lost every counterinsurgency campaign since 1948 and the dire results of past concentration on imperial policing at the expense of warfighting capability, you would think politicians would have more sense than to go down this detour again."

Sir Jockstrap, has obviously been very carefully briefed, by some highly educated civil servants, with little regard to that little contretemps in the far east, that lasted until 1966.

Now, Sir Jockstrap, let me ask the question again. Who won that one?

No Jockstap, it wasn't Arsenal or Chelsea, but by a group of dedicated servicemen/women, police and others, too numerous to mention, who worked in total co-operation and with due regard to the correct use of equipment.

It begs the question as to whether he had been ill advised in his briefing, or demonstrated a total ignorance of military history. A sine qua non for a civil servant, but a walking disaster for a military person.
